Josh DuPuy

Founder

Josh has over 15 years of experience in brokering, handling and processing all types of polymer and fiber grade materials. At the age of 26 he co-founded and operated Direct Polymers in Denver, Co. where he grew the company to an annual processing capacity of over 20 million lbs operating in 70,000 sq ft employing over 30 staff members both on and off site.  Josh has a rare talent in helping companies to recoup maximum value from their scrap streams while reducing their overall waste/carbon footprint. He enjoys educating customers and staff about the entire recycling process and most importantly, illustrating its positive impacts on the environment and companies' bottom line.  Josh is a graduate of James Madison University in Virginia and now resides in Parker, Colorado with his wife Sara, his son Jack and his daughter Elliott. When he's not working on Direct Resins projects, Josh enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, fishing, golfing, playing music, or watching Steelers football with his labrador retriever Reggie.
